Microsoft Word "Final" and "Print" View Does not Display Several Pages of Content

We have a Microsoft Word .docx file posted on SharePoint. The Track Changes feature is turned on and the file has been checked in and out several times with revisions. Now, when using the Print view, the file displays the full page count only when set to Review-->Final:Show Markup. If I set the file to Review: Final then the print view fails to display all pages in the body of the document. (Content for the first couple of section breaks is displayed, but all body content after these initial "front matter" sections is not displayed.) If I Accept All Changes then the document displays normally. This behavior is consistent when the file is downloaded to my local machine and when opened on the SharePoint site.

Does anyone have an explanation for this behavior? Is this a problem between SharePoint and MS Word?

Which version of Word are you using?

Generally speaking, "Final: Show Markup" would display the document as if you had accepted all changes, while "Final" just hides the markup. See http://shaunakelly.com/word/sharing/howtousethereviewingtoolbar.html and http://shaunakelly.com/word/sharing/howtrackchangesworks.html.
